Doubled bills for mobile and cable internet

I’ve signed a contact with Vodafone for mobile number and cable Internet (Munich PEP branch). Since my SIM card was not activated in 24 hours – I went to another Vodafone branch (Munich Sendlinger Tor). Vodafone agent said it is not in the system for some reason and offered to make another contract. I’ve accepted and signed up documents. SIM card was activated almost immediately.
Problem is that now I’m paying 2 bills for mobile phone and so to cable bills. I’ve been complaining in one of your branches and then they’ve come back to Sendlinger Tor branch again. I was there at the beginning of December – they told me they would manage everything for me (after 1 hour of conversation).
After that – I’ve received another bill in December. Furter – no money back to me for all previous months and for initial batch.

I would like to continue with Vodafone (with existing cable and phone number). I do not want to change this number!
